    - To prevent falls, always make sure that the different segments of the cane are locked in place and that the locking button is fully engaged. - Always ensure that the swivel foot of the pole is securely screwed to the pole to prevent falls. - Make sure all parts are secure and in good working order.

    REPLACING THE BATTERIES Open the battery compartment at the back of the handle. Remove any dead batteries and dispose of them properly. Insert 2 AAA batteries, observing the correct polarity (positive pole facing outwards, where the spring is). Close the neck of the battery compartment. Inspect the cane regularly for signs of wear, such as fraying of the elastic cord or wear on the rubber feet.

    PARA UTILIZAR LAS LUCES DE SU BASTÓN El botón situado en la parte superior de la empuñadura activa las luces. Pulsando el botón una vez se enciende la luz de la parte delantera del bastón, pulsándolo de nuevo se enciende la luz roja de la base del mango y pulsándolo una tercera vez se apagan. La luz frontal se puede girar para dirigir la luz hacia donde se necesite.
