Maintenance action
Clean the milk system (if heavily soiled, also
dismantle and rinse it)
Rinse the milk pipe
Rinse the water tank
Wipe the surface of the machine with a clean,
soft, damp cloth (e.g. microfibre cloth)
Remove and clean the powder chute for
ground coffee

Explanation
Set language
Set the hardness of the water used (1 °dH to 30 °dH) to prevent limescale
building up in your machine
Wirelessly connect the J8 twin to the JURA app (J.O.E.
Establish a wireless connection between your J8 twin and the Cool Control milk
cooler or disconnect it again
Create (0–4) profiles in the Cockpit and personalise 3 favourite speciality coffees
for each
Display product images with/without product names on the start screen
Change the names of the grinders, e.g. to specify the beans that are used in
each
Change display brightness (in 10% increments)
View product counter
View the maintenance counter
