    Introduction Congratulations with the purchase of your new Ticket Circus equipped with the new “EMOS” Technology. We advise you to read this manual completely, so you learn the different possibilities and uses of this new system. Different aspects can be set by means of a tablet (included) or mobile phones (equipped with the software of EMOS) on Android operating system.

    Unpacking and installing the machine Remove the plastic from around the machine and place the machine on the desired location. Make sure there are no obstacles around the machine and that it is installed on an even surface. Open all the cabinet doors and glass doors with the correct key. On top lift the antenna of the router up to receive a good signal.

    Your bonus game explained Ticket Circus with variable bonus For every tag that drops, the led will move forward this amount of steps (for example 50 steps when a 50 tag drops) + the player will receive this value in tickets. You win the bonus when the led circle stops exactly on the STOP position.

    Ticket Circus with fixed bonus Every time the player presses the fire button, the led on the bonus circle will move 1 step forward. He needs to shoot 60 tokens to play for the bonus. When playing the bonus game, the led will start spinning very rapidly and the player must try to stop the spinning led exactly on the STOP position, by pushing the red button.

    Starting up the EMOS system When Ticket Circus is fully booted after powering up, you can start the “Emos Client“ program on your tablet by pressing the icon. Select your machine to make new settings or change the payout. If no machine is in the list you can follow the instructions in your “ Emos Client “ program to add a new machine.

    Instructions for maintenance. How to fill the ticket-dispenser The ticket dispensers are located at the left side of each playfield next to the bonus sign. Open the glass window and fill the dispenser completely to the top with tickets. Use the special adaptor for fast loading. Hint: put multiple stacks of tickets on each other.

    ERROR codes General Error Network Error The EMOS Controller did not receive a valid IP and cannot operate. Error Software Mismatch Error Wrong OS version The OS needs to be updated to work with the installed game software. Playfield Error 2: Playfield not connected to central unit The playfield isn’t able to reach the central unit for instructions.
