Before Operating

How to Change Setup Options
Use "SETUP" to reset the thermometer or change the
temperature units, time units, time settings, thermocouple type,
Auto-Power-Off mode, logging interval, and offset.
Entering and Exiting Setup

1. Temperature units.

If you press the "ENTER" button while the "Unit" icon is
blinking, "C" (or F, K) will blink. With "C" (or F, K) blinking,

button to save the changed value. If you do not want to save the
changed value, press the "EXIT" button.
