Not drying towels - doesn’t warm up. Has worked brilliantly but last night I put towels in and they were still wet after two hours and the drum was only warm not hot as before. Tried again this morning with similar result

The Onix ON-HPD8W may not be drying towels properly and only warming them up due to several possible reasons:

1. Incorrect Program Selection – If the wrong drying program is selected, such as a low-heat or refresh cycle, it may not provide enough heat to fully dry towels.

2. Overloading – If too many towels are placed in the dryer, airflow may be restricted, leading to inefficient drying.

3. Blocked Lint Filter – A clogged lint filter can reduce airflow, preventing proper drying. Cleaning the filter before each use can help maintain performance.

4. Condensed Water Tank Full – If the water tank is full and not draining properly, the dryer may not function efficiently. Emptying the tank or ensuring proper drainage can help.

5. Insufficient Heat Pump Efficiency – Heat pump dryers operate at lower temperatures compared to traditional vented dryers. If towels are very thick or absorbent, they may require a longer drying cycle.

Checking these factors can help improve drying performance.
