7. Discard the hot water from the carafe and place the carafe back on the warming plate.
Setting the clock
Press the HOUR or MINUTE buttons to set the time. Each time you press one of the buttons,
the hour or minute displayed will increase by one. Press and hold the buttons to change the
time setting faster.
Setting the brewing strength

Brewing Iced Coffee
The 12-Cup Programmable Iced and Hot Coffee Maker features an iced coffee function.
1. To brew ice coffee, fill the carafe with fresh cold water to the desired level and pour the water
into the water reservoir.
2. Add the appropriate amount of coffee grounds (based on the water ratio) into the filter using a
tablespoon.
3. Place the Silicone Trivet over the warming plate.
4. Press the PROG button once to display the ice cube icon. (See product diagram)
5. After a few seconds, the icon will change. The light with the time and the ice cube icon will stop
flashing, indicating that the Iced Coffee function has been activated.
6. Press the BREW/OFF button to start brewing.
7. The coffee maker will beep, and coffee will start brewing.
8. Once brewing cycle is complete, the coffee maker will beep one beep. The "BREW" light on the
screen will turn off, and the coffee maker will change to standby mode.
Brewing Hot Coffee
1. To brew hot coffee, fill the carafe with fresh cold water to the desired level and pour the water
into the water reservoir.
2. Add the appropriate amount of coffee grounds (based on the water ratio) into the filter using a
tablespoon.
3. Press the BREW/OFF button to start brewing.
4. The coffee maker will start brewing.
5. Once brewing cycle is complete, the coffee maker will beep one beep. The "BREW" light on the
screen will turn off.
6. The "WARM" light will turn ON, and the coffee maker will automatically switch to keep warm.
Brewing 1-4 Cup
For smaller batch brewing
1. Press the PROG button two times. "1-4 cup" indicator will appear on the screen. After a few
seconds, the display will go from flashing to steady, indicating that the 1-4 cup function has been
activated.
2. Press the BREW/OFF button to start brewing a smaller amount of coffee.
3. Once brewing cycle is complete, the coffee maker will beep and the "BREW" light on the screen
will turn off.
4. The "WARM" light will turn ON, and the coffee maker will automatically switch to keep warm.
Note: The same amount of water poured into the water reservoir will equal to the amount of coffee
brewed.
