Two travel systems D and DH

Even the D-variant reaches gradability values of up to 53%. With the manual SlipControl the engine power can
be specifically converted into traction.
For most severe conditions – DH-machines! The DH-drive has two outstanding characteristics: ASC and ECO-
MODE. The Anti Slip Control always supplies drum and wheels with the actually required power. Slippage is
avoided. The drives have higher torques. Even on inclinations of up to 63% the DH single drum rollers are still
able to work. Apart from this, the drive line remains free of stress. This enables e.g. problem-free assembly of
padfoot segments.
BOMAG ECOMODE is the key to minimal operating costs. It reduces the fuel consumption by up to 30%. This
is due to an intelligent engine control system, which runs the engine always in the optimal range and controls
the hydraulic system at the same time. Obviously without any loss in compaction and travel power. As a positive
side effect the noise level is lowered and the drive components are relieved because of the lower speeds.
