10. Do the same replacement procedure on the other 4
rows of primary filters.
11. Install the cover of the filter housing and the 6
locking knobs.
To do a check of the V-belt tension
WARNING:
covers when the product is disconnected
from the mains outlet and the motors are
fully stopped.
WARNING:
without the V-belt covers installed.
1. Stop the product. Refer to
page 11 .
2. Remove the V-belt covers.
3. Examine the V-belts for damages and wear. Replace
the V-belts if it is necessary.
4. Push the V-belts with your thumb to examine the
tension. If you can push the V-belts a distance of
10–15 mm/0.4–0.6 in. (A), the tension is correct.
5. Do the steps that follow to adjust the V-belt tension if
it is necessary.

Only remove the V-belt

a) Loosen the 4 nuts.
b) Increase the distance between the motor and the
bearing to increase the V-belt tension. Decrease
the distance to loosen the V-belts.
c) Tighten the 4 nuts.
6. Install the V-belt covers.
To replace the V-belts

WARNING:
without the V-belt cover installed.

2. Remove the V-belt cover. Refer to
