While Accu-Spell is activated, depress the TEXT
INIOUT key, enter the text name or the phrase
number (1-20) to be verified, and depress the
RETURN
key.
Move to the desired position to start the check.
Depress the CODE+F
keys.
Each word in the text will be verified from the
indicator arrow position sequentially to the end
of the text.
The Display will show:
VERIFYING
wm
NAW
If a word that is not in the dictionary is found,
spell verification will be interrupted, the buzzer
will sound,
and the word will appear as a
flashing indication on the Display.
Correct the misspelled word.
To
continue
spell
verification
depress
the
CODE+F
keys.
If no misspelled words are found in any part of
the text or the phrases, the following message
will appear on the Display, and the indicator
arrow position remains unchanged.

DD How to Add Words to the
User's Dictionary

Enter the word to be registered.

Depress the ADD key.
The word will be registered in the user's diction-
ary.
The Display will show:
ADDED
© You can register a word by depressing the ADD
key immediately after the check.
®You can also register a word by first moving
the carriage to the desired' word and then
depress the ADD key.
You
can also. register words which include
numbers and symbols,
But at least two.alphabet characters should be
included for registration.
The Display
will
show:
NOT ACCEPTED
elf there is no room in the user's. dictionary
memory .to register the. word, the buzzer will
sound.
The Display. will. show:
DICT 'FULL!
In this case, you must first delete a word or
words already registered in order to register the
new word.

®@You can add the word maximum 30 characters.
If you attempt: to add.aword of more than 31
characters, the Display will show:
