The Night Owl WNIP2 Series does not allow password resets directly from the Wi-Fi NVR. I have a WNIP2 system at my work and the manager that set up our system is no longer employed here. I set up an account myself but when I try to add system, it tells me it's already exists. How can I get the system released from his user name so I can add it to mine?
