The Night Owl WNIP2 Series does not allow password resets directly from the Wi-Fi NVR. To reset the password, you must use the Night Owl Protect App. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, create an account if you haven't already, and follow the app's instructions for password reset.

I have a WNIP2 system at my work and the manager that set up our system is no longer employed here. I set up an account myself but when I try to add system, it tells me it's already exists. How can I get the system released from his user name so I can add it to mine?
