Turn off the machine, and then turn it on again.
Registering Users with Internet Services
Register with the machine the account information (user name and password) for users specified for
the print driver or application.

Enter IP address of the machine in the web browser and start Internet Services.

To check the machine's IP address, press the

button, select [Network Settings] > [Ethernet] > [TCP/IP] > [IP Address], and press the

Click on [Log In] in the upper right part of the screen.

Enter the [User Name] and [Password] for the administrator, and click on [Log In].

Click on [Accounting] in the upper part of the screen.

Click on [User Accounts] > [Add].

Specify [User Name], [Password] and [Retype Password], then click on [Add].

Setting Printing Restrictions on Each Registered User

To use this function, settings in print driver/application, operation panel, and Internet Services are
required.
You can set the following restrictions:
