    Basic Operations of the Machine Loading Paper After loading paper, configure the Paper Tray settings on the Home screen. Important Do not place paper or other objects in the reserved space of the tray. It may cause paper jams or machine malfunction.

    Outputting Paper Print Surface The print surface refers to the surface printed on in single-sided printing (the first page in double- sided printing). Paper is output to the Output Tray with the print surface faced downward in the case of front side output, and with the print surface faced upward in the case of back side output.

    Stamp Replacement Kit Open the Document Cover and pinch the handle to open the Side 2 scanner. Stick included pins into the Stamp kit to extract Stamp ink. Insert new Stamp ink. Close the Side 2 scanner, then close the Document Cover. Cleaning Main Unit When wiping the main unit with a wet cloth, use a soft, moistened and tightly-squeezed cloth.

    Inside Lower Left Cover Open the Lower Left Cover. Note When High Capacity Feeder B1 is installed, hold the handle and fully move the unit to the left. Remove the jammed paper. Close the Lower Left Cover. Exit Depending on the optional units equipped in the right side of the machine, the method of paper removal differs.
