POWER SUPPLY CORD REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the pressure control cover and screws.
2. Disconnect the power supply cord lead from the
ONlOFF switch
(3021,
the white wire going to the
bridge
CiO81,
and the green wire to the grounding
screw
(3431
and lockwasher
(3271.
See Fig 15.
3.
Loosen the strain relief bushing (328). Remove the
power supply cord (3111.
4. Install the new cord in the reverse order of
disassembly.
5. Reinstall the cover and screws.

ON/OFF SWITCH REPLACEMENT

Before doing this procedure, follow the Pressure
Rellef Procedure Warnlng on page 13 to reduce
the risk of a fluid injection injury, injury from mov-
ing parts, or electric shock. Unplug the sprayer1
1. Remove the pressure control cover and screws.

Use
a needle nose pliers to disconnect the upper
terminal wire from the microswitch
(3021
for ease in
removing the ONlOFF switch
(3031.

4.
Use
a 5/8" socket wrench to loosen and remove
the nut and rubber boot
(3041
from the top of the
pressure control box. Remove the switch guard
(305). See Fig 16.
