2. GENERAL DESCRIPTION Roof used to protect unit from precipitation. All outdoor design unit sizes have double slope roof. 3. SAFETY INFORMATION Refer to main AHU manual for safety information. 4. ROOF PARTS LIST FOR STANDARD AHU CONFIGURATION Table 4.1 shows general drawings of the roof parts that can be supplied with the unit. Exact number of supplied parts depends on the configuration of the AHU.
Self-tapping screw Depends on the unit’s GTX3 4,8x25 size 5. ROOF ASSEMBLY FOR STANDARD AHU CONFIGURATION 1. There are roof support strips (installed at factory) on the top of the outdoor unit, as shown in Figure 5.1. Figure 5.1 2. Connect longitudinal edge supports 2-1, 2-2 to the rear supports 7-1, 7-2 and 6-1-transverse supports using self-taping screws supplied with the unit as shown in Figure 5.2 (I and II).

9. ROOF ASSEMBLY FOR CORNER SECTION 1. There are roof support strips (installed at factory) on the top of the outdoor unit, as shown in Figure 9.1. Figure 9.1 2. Start the assembly from the corner section. Connect longitudinal front and middle supports 8-1, 8-2, 8-3, 8-4 to the 6-1-transverse supports using self-taping screws supplied with the unit as shown in Figure 9.2.
