MACHINE SETUP FOR PRODUCING PLATES

Unlock cover with cover key and open machine cover. (The cover will "latch" into the open position.)
ADJUSTING THE LOADING UNIT
Height Adjustment
Adjust both height adjustment bars by loosening bar adjustment knobs ½ turn. Insert guide rail sizing block.
Position height adjustment bars against the back of the guide rail sizing block. Tighten bar adjustment
knobs to lock in place. Remove guide rail sizing block. (See Figs. 1 and 2)
