The following overview serves as an aid for quick troubleshooting. If you are unsure, please contact your dealer or
qualified personnel. Never open the device on your own!
Symptom
The device does not turn on
The cannon does not work
If the device does not work even after troubleshooting, please contact your dealer.
Maintenance conditions
There are no serviceable parts inside the device. Maintenance and service operations are only to be
carried out by authorized dealers. Should you need any spare parts, please use genuine parts.
We recommend a frequent cleaning of the device, in particular the output nozzle. The outside of the device should
be cleaned periodically to remove contaminants such as dust etc. Disconnect the device from power first. Then
clean the surface with a soft lint-free and moistened cloth. Never use alcohol or solvents as these may damage the
surface. Make sure that no liquids can enter the device.
There are no serviceable parts inside. Do not open the housing. Do not try to repair the device by yourself as this
may result in damage. Maintenance and service operations are only to be carried out by authorized dealers.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Check that the device is connected to a suitable power
supply.

Check that the mains cable is correctly connected and
working properly.

Remove the cannon and make a test run. If the display does
not indicate "Fire", there is no DMX signal from the controller.
Check the DMX cable or wireless DMX receiver and the
settings on the DMX controller.

If the test run is successful, replace the cannon with a new
one and see if this one works.
