Procedures for Disassembly of Deck Section
. Remove the pin 8 wire from the connector @) of the
mechanism
reel motor P.C. board.
. Remove the pin 7 wire from the mechanism cam switch
P.C. board ®).
. Dismount the preamp. P.C. board (CN601 and CN602)
from the relay P.C. board.
. Dismount the mechanism control P.C. board (CN603
and CN604) from the relay P.C. board.
. Remove the pin 6 wire of the leaf switch from the
mechanism control P.C. board CN501.
. Dismount the head wire connector (CN301) from the
preamp. P.C. board, and dismount the wire holder from
the relay P.C. board.
. Remove the one screw 3) clamping the front panel
and mechanism
bracket.
. Dismount the front panel from the mechanism holder
clicks on both sides of the cassette mechanism, and
after removing tha eraser head wire CN607 from the
lower side of the cassette mechanism ass'y, take out
the mechanism ass'y.
. The relay P.C. board
can
be diamounted
from the
mechanism control P.C. board are pulled while turning
the board aside upward.
Remove the one screw (15) retaining the head phone
jack ass'y.
Casstte Door Ass'y
. Dismount the mechanism ass'y
. Remove the door spring.
. Dismount the door arms from the mechanism bracket.
(Dismount the arms from the bracket while pushing the
arms on both sides inward).
Cassette Control switch P.C. Board Ass'y.
. Dismount the mechanism and cassette door ass'y.
. Remove the three screws
and @
retaining the
mechanism
bracket from the bottm side.
. Remove the five screws
retaining the P.C. board
ass'y.
