Symptom
No sound can be heard.
Reception via DAB+/FM is poor.
Poor Bluetooth connection and
dropouts
If you a r e still unable to rectify the fault after the checks described, please contact the
technical hotline.
Possible cause/remedy
Increase the volume.
Change the position of the aerial or the digital
radio.
Do not exceed the maximum range of 10m via
Bluetooth.
