INPUT CONTACTS CT 1, CT2 and CT3
The functionality and de-energized state (NC/NO) are configured through the configuration software. They may be configured
as general-purpose contacts or in the evacuation system as emergency mode activation contacts, evacuation message
activated...
If you wish, the system may monitor these contacts (short-circuit or open line detection).
The detection time of the activation pulse of the input contacts is configurable through the Call Point software (0-50-100-200-
300-400-500-1000-1500-2000 milliseconds).
To connect follow figure 8. If you wish to monitor the contact, follow figure 9.

BUS AUDIO LINK
Audio bus expansion connector. it is used for connecting the COMPACT to the
COMPACT-E units. To accomplish this use 34-way flat ribbon cable with 2x17, pitch
2.54mm IDC connectors. When installing the cable be careful to install the
connectors in the same position and side of the flat ribbon cable (see figure 16).

POWER SUPPLY 1
24 VDC primary power input strip. Connect a 24 VDC
power supply (not included) to this input, respecting
the polarity indicated in figure 10.

POWER SUPPLY 2
Secondary 24 VDC power supply input (see figure 11).
The power supply inputs have been duplicated so that,
if required by safety regulations, two independent
power supplies can be connected.

GND contact
10) ETH A connector
It is used to connect the equipment to the IP network
via an RJ45 FTP Cat 5 cable (not included).
The connector has a yellow LED (LINK) indicating
connection to the network, and a green LED
(ACTIVITY) that flashes indicating sending or receiving
data.
11) ETH B connector
It is used, in a redundant network, as a secondary
connection to the IP network.
