Before installation, confirm all components are present. Refer to the previous product exploded view, which indicates the names and locations of each component.
  • Page 19 Assembly instructions Step 3: 1.Using the crossed-head inner hexagon wrench, lock the front stabiliser (42) into the down frame weld (48) with the inner hexagon pan screw (41), spring washer (31) and a washer ring (32). Then, lock the crash pad (14) into the main frame (18). 2.Lock the front foot pad (52) into the down frame weld (48) as shown in Picture 1.

  • Page 22 Assembly instructions Step 6: 1.Connect the double sensor wire (78) with the mid wire (85) as shown in Picture 1. Then, thread the con- nected wire into the hole on the main frame (18). 2.Using the crossed-head inner hexagon wrench (A), lock the monitor tube weld (3) into the main frame (18) with the inner hexagon pan screw (4) and flat washer (5).
  • Page 23 Assembly instructions Step 7: 1.Using the crossed-head inner hexagon wrench (A), remove the pre-locked crossed pan screw (2) from the monitor (1). 2.Connect the mid-wire (85) to the wire of the monitor (1). Then use the crossed-head hexagon wrench (A) to secure the monitor (1) into the monitor tube weld (3) with the crossed pan screw (2). 3.Insert the handlebar foam (22) into the handlebar (23) after attaching it to the ribbon-located sleeve (20).
