6. Maintenance
1. Check the water supply system regularly to avoid the air trapped in the system and occurrence of low water flow,
because it would reduce the performance and reliability of heat pump.
2. Clean your spa and filtration system regularly to avoid the damage of the unit as a result of the dirty of clogged
filter.
3. Remove all water from the heat pump if it will not be used for a long period of time (especially during the winter).
4. After the unit has been properly winterized, it is recommended to cover the heat pump with special winter cover.
5. After a long winter shutdown, before start to run the heat pump again, make sure the spa is filled with fresh and
clean water and all valves to the heat pump are open.
6. When the unit is running, there is all the time some water discharged under the unit.
7. Clean the outside of the heat pump regularly.
