Waste disposal
advice
The packaging is entirely composed of environ-
mentally safe materials that can be dropped off
at your local sorting centre for use as second-
ary materials. Cardboard can be placed in a
paper recycling bin. Packaging film should be
taken to your local sorting and recycling centre.
Once you are no longer using the device, dis-
pose of it in an environmentally-friendly man-
ner and in accordance with legal guidelines.

Limited warranty

Lanaform guarantees that this product will be
free from any material and workmanship de-
fects for a period of two years from the date it
was purchased, other than as specified below.

Reason
The massage heads
are being subjected
to excessive stress.
The massage has only been
activated for a certain area.
The device is not plugged in.
The device is not
switched on.
The overheating-protection
system has been triggered,
the device is damaged.
The Lanaform warranty does not cover dam-
age caused by normal wear and tear of this
product. In addition, the warranty for this La-
naform product does not cover any damage
caused as a result of misuse or improper use,
accidents, attaching any unauthorised ac-
cessories, modification of the product or any
other condition of any kind that is out of La-
naform's control.
Lanaform shall not be held liable for any type
of incidental, consequential or special damage.
All implied warranties of fitness for the prod-
uct are limited to a period of two years from
the original date of purchase, provided that a
copy of the proof of purchase can be presented.
Upon receipt, Lanaform will repair or replace
your device, as appropriate, and return it to you.
A warranty claim can only be made through
the Lanaform Service Centre. Any maintenance
of this product entrusted to any person oth-
er than the Lanaform Service Centre will can-
cel this warranty.
Solution
Reduce the pressure
of the massage.
Press the full, upper back
or lower back button to
change/extend the area.
Plug-in the device
and turn it on.
Turn on the massage
device using the POWER
button. Select the area
to be massaged.
Contact the retailer or an
after-sales department.
