ADJ. VR17 [I-GAIN], VC1
VR20 [BURST LVL], VR16 [BURST PHASE]
INPUT AJ-BS900H Internal Color bar signal : ON
M. EQ Vector scope, Oscilloscope
(with 75Ω termination both)
SPEC. As shown below
1. Set SW2 on the BS DIGITAL board as shown
below.
SW2-2 [Q-ON]
SW2-3 [I-ON]
2. Connect Vector scope to ENC1 OUT and then
adjust VARIABLE and PHASE on the vector scope
so that the all dots are on the U axis, straight.
3. Set SW2 on the BS DIGITAL board as shown
below.
SW2-2 [Q-ON]
SW2-3 [I-ON]
4. Connect vector scope to ENC1 OUT and then
adjust VR17 and VC1 so that the all dots meet to
the same level of each inner box (please refer to
following figure).

5. Set SW2 on the BS DIGITAL board as shown
below.
SW2-2 [Q-ON]
SW2-3 [I-ON]
6. Connect Oscilloscope to ENC1 OUT and then
adjust VR20 so that the color burst signal level A is
300mV +/- 3mVp-p.
7. Connect Vector scope to ENC1 OUT and then
adjust VR16 so that the burst signal phase B is on
specified burst position on the screen.
