0426 after EC identifies the Notified Body ITALCERT control institute

b) Face mask label:
The CE0426 marking, the EN136:1998 CL3 reference standard, code, series number and
date of manufacture are located inside the half mask cover.
The name of manufacturer and the model are located on either side of the inhalation
connector.
The PPE, subject of these use instructions, has been CE certified as a Cat III PPE as per Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and successive modifications by ITALCERT, Viale Sarca, 336 - 20126 MILAN,
Notified Body 0426. The CE marking means the respect of the essential Health and Safety requirements contained in Annexe II of the Regulation (EU) 2016/425. The number 0426 following the CE
mark identifies the ITALCERT Notified Body responsible for the Quality Assurance Control according to Regulation (EU) 2016/425. Declarations of conformity may be downloaded from our website:

10 TRANSPORT
10.1 Keep the respirator in its original packaging during transport.
11 STORAGE
Store filters in their original packaging at a temperature between 0°C and +40°C and a relative
humidity lower than 80%.
12 WARNING
12.1 BEFORE USE CHECK THAT CODE NUMBERS, TYPE AND QUANTITY OF SUB
ASSEMBLIES CORRESPOND TO THE DATA REPORTED ON THESE USER'S
INSTRUCTIONS.
12.2 Kasco retains any type of warranty forfeited on the instant and declines any liability
either direct or indirect should our Use and Maintenance instructions not be adhered to
and should filters and spares other than genuine Kasco filters and spare be used.
12.3 The liability for the proper operation of the respirator is irrevocably transferred to the
respirator purchaser or operator if:
a) the prescribed maintenance is not carried out and/or repairs and maintenance are carried
out on the respirator by personnel not employed by or service centres not authorized by
KASCO.
b) the respirator is used in a manner not conforming to its intended use as specified in the
relative product certification/approval.
IMPORTANT:
Adhere strictly to all instructions, labels and limitations pertaining to this equipment. If
instructions and warning are not adhered to at all times, respirator effectiveness will
diminish and wearer protection will be reduced.

Plug the battery charger into mains.

Connect battery charger outlet plug to the discharged battery.

< 3 Battery recharging is automatic. ( RED LED) Keep LI-870 battery under charge at least
and 2,5 hours.

The battery charger may remain plugged into the fully charged battery with no
overcharge risk provided it be under tension.
CAUTION
3. Store in a dry place.
4. Use only genuine Kasco spare parts.
