Menu Items
nADMIN
To change the settings on ADMIN menu, it is necessary to enter your password.
ADMIN PASSWORD
Please enter the following password when you turn on the power for the first time.
ADMIN PASSWORD : ADMIN
Sets a password. Up to 8 characters can be used.
SYSTEM
LANGUAGE
Sets the display language for the menu screen.
DATE/TIME
DATE/TIME SETTING
Set the date and time.
TIME ZONE
Set the time difference between the region where the monitor is used and the UTC (Universal Time, Coordinated).
INTERNET TIME SERVER
Sets the current date and time. When this setting is set to "ON", the time is adjusted periodically using an internet time
server. Set the server address.
When the information obtained from the DHCP server includes information from an Internet time server, the "INTERNET
TIME SERVER" function will cause the time synchronisation process to work even if the "INTERNET TIME SERVER"
setting is "OFF".
DATE/TIME FORMAT
Sets the date/time display format.
DATE ............... MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, YYYY/MM/DD
(YYYY: Year, MM: Month, DD: Day)
TIME ................Select 12- or 24-hour time.
DAYLIGHT SAVING
Set the start/end date and time for daylight saving.
The settings should be manually updated each year. If the settings are not changed, the same settings will apply the
following year.
SCHEDULE (See page 37.)
You can turn the power on/off and change the screen brightness at a specified time.
PORTRAIT/LANDSCAPE INSTALL
Select the installation direction of the monitor.
LANDSCAPE ........Landscape orientation
PORTRAIT ............Portrait orientation
HORIZONTAL INSTALLATION
OFF .................Portrait/landscape installation.
FACE UP .........The display screen faces up.
* When using the monitor laying flat on a surface (when the monitor is tilted more than 20 degrees upward from the
perpendicular in relation to a level surface), consult an authorized dealer because there are some specific mounting
conditions.
OSD DISPLAY
Shows/hides the menu, modes and messages.
ON 1 ................Shows all menus, modes and messages.
ON 2 ................Hides messages automatically displayed by the display. Shows messages during operation.
OFF .................Hides all menus, modes and messages.
* To cancel the "OSD DISPLAY" after it has been set to "OFF", press the FUNCTION button and then the MENU button on
the remote control to display the ADMIN menu and change the setting. (See page 24.)
OSD H-POSITION
Adjusts the horizontal display position of menu screen.
OSD V-POSITION
Adjusts the vertical display position of menu screen.
POWER INDICATOR
Specifies whether to light the power LED.
LOGO SCREEN
Sets whether or not to display the logo screen.
REMOTE No.
Sets the number of the remote control unit. (See page 38.)
