Chapter 2 Installing the Access Point

Installing AP Cover AIR-ACC1540-CVR=

You can install a cover AIR-ACC1540-CVR=, which also acts as a a solar shield. The cover can be
installed before or after all connections are made.
Step 1
Position and slide the cover over the AP as shown in
Step 2
Align the two holes on each side of the cover with the screw holes on corresponding side of the AP.
Step 3
Insert and fasten #6-32 screws through the screw holes in the cover, into the AP. Tighten the screws to
10 lb-in.
