Eliminating displayed faults
A fault in your heating system is shown on the
display of the controls. The cause can be a fault
of the boiler or a fault of the controls.
Fault of the boiler
If the boiler is the cause of the fault, the fault
code displayed contains at least one letter, e.g.
fault EA or fault b1.
See the operating instructions for the boiler for
additional information about these faults.

Fault of the controls
If the controls or another control component is
the cause of the fault, the fault code shown
consists of two numbers, e.g. fault 11.
B Call the installer or customer service and
inform them of the fault code and control
data.
The data for the controls is on the
flap of the controls.
