Refer to the application for any size requirements.
A PC running Linux or Windows 10 (or higher).
For Windows only, an application for creating bootable USB flash drives, such as

Enter fdisk -l to determine the drive associated with the USB flash drive.
The USB flash drive will be identified by /dev/sd{ X }, where { X } is the
associated drive letter.
Enter the following command to create the bootable USB flash drive:
sudo dd if={ path/to/file } of=/dev/sd{ drive letter }
bs=1M status=progress

Launch Rufus.
Under Device, select the USB flash drive (e.g. "IMAGECACHE").
Under Boot selection, select the file to flash.
