Section 5: IZM61/65/67 accessory installation
IZM65/67 operation counter
(1) Only qualified electrical personnel should be permitted to
work on the equipment.
(2) Always de-energize primary and secondary circuits if a circuit
breaker cannot be removed to a safe work location.
(3) Drawout circuit breakers should be levered (racked) out to the
disconnect position.
(4) All circuit breakers should be switched to the off position and
mechanism springs discharged.
Failure to follow these steps for all procedures described in this
instruction leafl et could result in death, bodily injury, or property
damage.
Section 1: General information
The operations counter is a mechanical device intended to record
the number of times a circuit is operated, which can be observed
through the circuit breaker panel.
Tools required
• Philips screwdriver
• Chisel
• Flat file
• 05 Allen wrench
Kit parts identification
• Operations counter kit (1)
• M3×8 screw (1)
• M4×14 screw (2)
Section 2: Installing the operation counter
Follow below steps for installation:
Step 1: Remove the mounting screws from the circuit breaker
panel with the Phillips screwdriver. Pull down the charging handle
(by an approx. 45° angle) to remove the cover.

Step 2: Remove the two retaining screws on the motor operator,
and remove the pressing plate on the right side of the mecha-
nism.

Step 3. Fasten the counter on the upper side of the motor
operator with M4×14 screws. (Use the mounting hole of the
motor operator).

Step 4: Conduct manual opening/closing operations on the circuit breaker
to check the counting function.
Step 5: Place back the mechanism's right-side pressing plate.
Step 6: Place the cover horizontally, cut out the reserved hole with the chisel
along the outline on the back, and make the hole flat using the flat file.

Step 7: Put the cover back.
