Step 3: Mount the rail and secure it with M4×8 screws.

Step 4: Then connect the position cell switch wires to the termi-
nals and fasteners by number, and mount terminal number plate.

Step 5: Finally, put the basic device back into the cassette, and
measure whether the corresponding switch at the three positions
can be properly switched on.

Section 5: IZM61/65/67 accessory installation
IZM61 OFF-position safety lock
(1) Only qualified electrical personnel should be permitted to
work on the equipment.
(2) Always de-energize primary and secondary circuits if a circuit
breaker cannot be removed to a safe work location.
(3) Drawout circuit breakers should be levered (racked) out to the
disconnect position.
(4) All circuit breakers should be switched to the off position and
mechanism springs discharged.
Failure to follow these steps for all procedures described in this
instruction leafl et could result in death, bodily injury, or property
damage.
Section 1: General information
1. When without a key, the circuit breaker will be in the
"Disconnected" state and cannot be closed.
2. When the key is in the "ON" position – that is, the key is inside
the lock cylinder - and turned, the circuit breaker will offer full
functions.
3. The key cannot be removed when the circuit breaker is in
"ON" (Closed) state.
To remove the key, first press the breaker's "OFF" button; then
turn the key by 90 degrees counterclockwise.

Section 2: Installing the OFF-position safety lock
Follow below steps for installation:
Step 1: Remove the mounting screws from the circuit breaker
panel with the Phillips screwdriver. Pull down the charging handle
(by an approx. 45° angle) to remove the cover.
