Recalling listings
The telephone listings are stored in alphabetical order. (Refer to appendix
"Character sorting order', page 111.)
There are four methods of recalling telephone listings.
e Sequential search in alphabetical order
e Direct search using the first letter(s) of the listing
e Keyword search for any word contained in the listing
e Using the index display
Sequential search
1. Press
repeatedly until the desired directory name appears.
2. Press
to recall entries in the forward direction or
to recall
them backwards.
If there are no more entries, "NOT FOUND !" is displayed.
