SELECTING THE MESSAGE RECORD TIME

You can set your answering system to record messages up to one or four minutes
long. There are two separate REC TIME switches on the side of the base unit, one for
each line.
One minute option: move the
switch to 1.
Four minutes option: move the
switch to 4.
Announce only feature:
The announce only feature plays an outgoing message, but it will not allow the caller
to leave a message. Move the
counter LED displays " " when system is on standby. If you have selected the
prerecorded greeting, the answering system announces:
"Hello, no one is available to take your call." twice.
If you have selected the user greeting, the answering system announces your personal
message twice.
SELECTING A PIN CODE
To play your messages from a remote location, you will need to enter a two-digit
Personal Identification Number (PIN) code (00-99). To select a PIN, perform the
following steps.
1. On the base, press and hold
