Safety instructions for operation
ATTENTION!
Danger to life due to load crash!!
Falling loads can lead to serious injuries or even
death.
- Never step under suspended loads.
- Only move loads under supervision.
- Lower the load when leaving the workplace.
ATTENTION!
Danger to life due to overload!
- Overloading the maximum lifting capacity may
cause the pallet truck to fail and the load to fall.
- Only lift loads that do not exceed the permissible
lifting capacity.
CAUTION!
Danger of property damage and personal
injury!
If a defective palett truck is used, it may fail and
injure persons.
- Before each use, check the pallet truck for obvious
defects.
- Do not use the pallet truck if there are obvious
defects.
- Rectify defects or have them rectified.
- Never leave a loaded palett truck unattended.
NOTE!
The device may only be operated in a technically
perfect condition. Any faults must be rectified
immediately. Unauthorized modifications to the pro-
duct or improper use as well as non-compliance with
the safety regulations or the operating instructions
exclude the manufacturer's liability for any resulting
damage to persons or objects and invalidate the
warranty claim!
Use safety boots!
Ambient temperature range for use of the pallet truck:
+5 °C to +40 °C.
Light at the area of application of the pallet truck:
min. 50 Lux.

Set down the pallet truck
Lower the fork to the lowest position and place the pallet
truck on a level and smooth surface. If equipped with a
brake, apply the brake.
Lifting the load
Check that the load does not exceed the capacity of the
pallet truck.
Place the fork under the load until it is at the rear end of
the fork.
To raise the fork manually, push the lever for the hydrau-
lic pump into the lower position so that the lever is
engaged. Then move the control drawbar up and down:
The fork is lifted.
ATTENTION!
Risk of injury!
Always place the load so that it is centered on the
forks (see Fig. 11).
