If the pallet truck is used very frequently or regularly
under "difficult operating conditions" (e.g. in particularly
dusty environments, under the influence of chemicals or
vapours, etc.), the inspection should be carried out at
shorter intervals. If you have any doubts about the
condition of the pallet truck, please contact a specialist
workshop.
If the pallet truck does not function properly, please
contact a specialist dealer or our customer service. The
contact details can be found in chapter 1.2 Customer
service.

10.3 Maintenance plan

Monthly
All bearings are factory lubricated. The lubrication
points must be lubricated monthly or after each cleaning
of the pallet truck.
Cleanthe pallet truck from dirt and debris.
Check the wheels regularly for wear and round running.
Quarterly
Check the air release valve.
Yearly
Change hydraulic oil.
Use hydraulic oil ISO VG 32.
Hydraulic oil volume: 1.0 - 1.3 litres.
Check all parts of the pallet truck for wear and replace
defective parts if necessary.
ATTENTION!
If the hydraulic oil is milky white, there is water in the
hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil must be changed
immediately.

10.4 Oil level check, refill the oil

Check the oil level at least once a year. To do this, lower
the pallet truck so that the oil runs back from the hydrau-
lic cylinder into the reservoir and unscrew the screw
plug (Pos.1, Fig.11) of the oil reservoir.
The oil level in the hopper must reach up to the lower
edge of the locking opening. If necessary, top up with oil.
The following hydraulic oil types are suitable:
MXL-32 BDS 14470 HLP ISO VG 32-46
Raise and lower the pallet truck several times. Check
the oil level again and screw in the screw plug (Pos.1,
Fig.11) again.
