TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

WARNING
This unit must be serviced by qualified personnel only.
Service by unqualified personnel may lead to electric
shock or burn.
Symptom
Unit does not turn on.
Pan icon with the message "Non-
Compatible" appears on the Control
Display and the unit will not heat.
Control Display unresponsive or
Error F69 screen appears.

The warranty on Hatco induction units is for two (2) years from
date of purchase or 30 months from date of shipping from
Hatco, whichever occurs first.
Warranty Problems
If you experience a problem with an induction unit during the
warranty period, contact the Hatco Parts and Service Team at:

When contacting Hatco for warranty service, please supply the
following information:
• Model of unit
• Serial number (located on the bottom of the unit)
• Specific problem with the unit
• Date of purchase
• Name of business
• Shipping address
• Contact name and phone number
Probable Cause
No power to unit.
Electronic controls defective.
Pan being used is not induction-ready. Use an induction-ready pan (see "Pan Specifications" in the
Software malfunction.
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD: Turn OFF power switch,
unplug power cord, and allow unit to cool before performing
any cleaning, adjustments, or maintenance.
Make sure power cord is plugged into an appropriate receptacle
(see SPECIFICATIONS section). Check circuit breaker and reset
as necessary. Check for damage to power cord. Check electrical
receptacle.
