Using the Control and Escape Keys

The Control key
. To use a function, you hold down the
Ctrl
key and press one of the keys with a label above it. These keys are
shown in black below. When you hold down the

The Escape key
. This key always changes the display back to

Special Characters
The @#%^&*_<> characters will not show up on the display of
Ctrl
the Compact/C when you are using Baudot code or during a cellular
call. These characters cannot be sent or received in Baudot code.
They work only when you use Turbo Code
