The controller is
mounted on the back of
the machine.

Turn the power on/off in the following order.
1. Turn the machine on or off.
2. Turn the controller on or off.
• For information about how to turn the machine on, refer to
"3-1.
Machine".
• When the message "Ready to print" is displayed on the
control panel, turn the power on.
• After the machine has completely turned off, turn the
controller off.
Turn the power on in the following order.
1. Turn on the main power (rear: enclosed by a red frame).
2. Turn on the Power button (side of the LCD panel: marked by a
red circle).
Turns the controller off. (Both the Fiery system and the Windows
server (OS) are turned off.)
Reboots only the Fiery system. The Windows server (OS) does not
reboot.
Reboots both the Fiery system and Windows server.
Allows you to change the screen brightness.
Reboots only the display.
• The main power
can normally be left "ON".
• If you do not use the product for a long period of
time (for example, 1 or more weeks), turn off the
main power.
1. Touch the upper right corner of the
LCD panel. The power-related window
is displayed.
2. Press [Shutdown system].

each button, refer to the table below.
* The displayed contents vary depending on
the version.
