Replenishment and Replacement of Consumables
5-1. What Are Consumables?
Consumables are parts that require processing such as replenishment, disposal, and
replacement of this system. The main processing of consumables is as follows:
Toner bottle replacement, Waste toner box replacement, *Cyclone box replacement, Staple
needle replenishment/disposal, *Glue pellet replenishment, Humidification tank water
supply, Trimming scrap disposal
* Cyclone Box: Used to suck and store toner to prevent the toner from scattering inside the
machine.
* Staple needle disposal: Dispose of needle scraps generated when staple needles are cut
to suit the thickness of the booklet.
* Glue pellets: Granular glue for perfect binder.
