4. Other Options The NOHrD Sling can be attached to even more places. Whether indoors, on a sturdy beam or outdoors on a strong, sturdy branch. Simply loop the included extension rope over the beam / branch (ensure sturdiness!) and fasten the sling trainer with the carabiner. - Page 13 Take the mounting rope and attach it to the ceiling hook by passing one loop through the other loop and tighten (see 1).
