External Battery Packs
The Speedlite 480 EG requires an external battery
pack, which must be purchased separately. Canon
recommends Transistor Pack E. Canon does not
recommend the use of Compact Battery Pack E
with Speedlite 480 EG due to insufficient capacity.
Canon Transistor Pack E
This pack can use either Battery Pack TP or
Ni-Cd Pack TP.
(1) Battery Pack TP (Accepts 6 C-size alkaline
batteries).
(2) Ni-Cd Pack TP (Sealed rechargeable Ni-
Cd Pack. Requires Ni-Cd Charger TP).
Canon Slave Unit E
Use the Canon Slave Unit E for multiple flash
photography.

tation externe. Canon recommande le bloc d'alimentation
TP ^ transistors E. Canon ddconseille d'uiiliser le bloc

Bloc d'alimentation TP a transistors E Canon
Ce Bloc peut utiliser soit le Bloc d'alimentation TP
soil le boTtier TP Ni-Cd.
(1) Bloc d'alimentation TP (accepte 6 piles alcalines
de forniat C)
(2) Bolder TP Ni-Cd (Bloc Ni-Cd rechargeable
Blanche. Un chargeur TP Ni-Cd est ntossaire).
