Rotating the Fine control one increment
will change the Deflection Factor by 1% of
the next more-sensitive Coarse setting.
For example, with deflection factor set to
198 mV, rotating the Fine control
counterclockwise will cause this sequence
of sensitivities: 199 mV, 200 mV, 202 mV,
etc. Rotating the Fine control clockwise
from 204 mV/div will cause the reverse
sequence (202 mV, 200 mV, 199 mV, etc.).
