Timer
You can use the timer to set the cooking time up to
60 minutes.
Position

Note: The last set value is a limit stop. Do not turn the
timer beyond this point.
Multi-function lamp button
You can use your appliance's multi-function lamp but-
ton to illuminate the cooking compartment and imple-
ment various functions.

Fan button
You can use it as a cooking aid with the lower gas
burner in the oven. You can also use this position for
defrosting.

5.4 Cooking compartment
The functions in the cooking compartment make your
appliance easier to use.
Rails
The shelf supports in the cooking compartment enable
you to place accessories at different heights.
The cooking compartment has five shelf positions. The
shelf positions are numbered from bottom to top.
You can remove the rails, e.g. for cleaning.

Lighting
The oven lamp lights up the cooking compartment.
To light up the cooking compartment, press the multi-
function light button.

Note: The timer has no effect on how the oven works. It
can only be used as a kitchen timer.
Explanation
Off.
Time scale in minutes. Setting in 1-minute intervals up to
10 minutes possible.
Activating and deactivating
Press the button to switch on.
Press the button to switch off.
Switching on and off
Press the button to switch on.
Press the button to switch off.
Steam outlet
The hot air from the cooking compartment escapes at
the rear of the hob.
ATTENTION!
Covering the ventilation slots will cause the appliance
to overheat.
Do not cover the ventilation slots.
Cooling fan
The cooling fan switches on and off depending on the
appliance's temperature. The hot air escapes above
the door.
ATTENTION!
Do not cover the ventilation slot above the appliance
door. The appliance overheats.
Ensure that the ventilation slots are unobstructed.
To ensure that the appliance cools down more quickly
after operation, the cooling fan continues to run for a
certain period afterwards.
Appliance door
If you open the appliance door during operation, the
operation continues.
Condensation
Condensation can occur in the cooking compartment
and on the appliance door when cooking. Condensa-
tion is normal and does not adversely affect appliance
operation. Wipe away the condensation after cooking.
