Charging LED Indications

Refer to the device for charging indications.
The top and bottom crescent red LEDs illuminate during charging. If there is an error during charging, the
bottom crescent red LED blinks.
Refer to the LED bar indicator on the device for battery capacity information.

Troubleshooting

When troubleshooting, always observe the LED indication on the device.
If There Is No LED Indication or There Is an Error Shown on the Device:
Remove and place the device into the charger pocket again. Ensure that the device is placed correctly.
Ensure that the power supply cable is securely plugged into the charger socket using the appropriate AC
outlet and there is power to the outlet.
Inspect the electrical contacts on the device and in the charger pocket for contamination, corrosion, or
physical damage.
Remove power from the charger, then clean the pocket electrical contacts using a dry cloth.
Try charging another device. If the fault no longer exists, take the faulted device out of service. If the fault
persists with the replacement device, take the charger out of service.
