Unit turned off
Damaged power cord
Power cord not fully seated in socket
No power at outlet
Safety e-stop key not fully engaged
Motor control board damaged

Error code is displayed on console
Pinched or loose main communication cable
Bad resistor (if unit shuts down or resets between level
5 and level 10)
Low or bad video signal
Loose F type connector (coaxial cable)

Channels or format type not correct

Corrective Action
Verify the On/Off switch is at the ON position
Replace power cord
Inspect power connection at the unit and outlet
Using a voltmeter verify power at outlet
Re-engage the safety/e-stop key to the console
Contact TRUE Product Support
Replace power cord
Inspect power connection at the unit and outlet
Verify output voltage from 20A outlet with a voltmeter
Re-engage the safety/e-stop key to the console
Contact TRUE Product Support
