Copper-distribution shelves

In MBP cabinets, copper-distribution shelf (CDS) 1 is the lowest CDS in the
master cabinet (above the ABM shelf). Shelf number 2 is the CDS immediately
above shelf 1.
Shelf numbering continues to the lowest CDS in the expansion cabinet up to
shelf 7 – the highest CDS in the expansion cabinet.

CDS line drawer slot positions

CDS shelf line drawer slot positions are numbered as shown in Figure 2-10.
