ANTISKATING
Die Skala des Antiskating-
Drehknopfes ist kalibriert fur
Nadeln mit konischen Verrundun-
gen. Stellen Sie den Antiskating-
Knopf auf den Wert ein, der mit der
eingestelen Auflagekraft Uberein-
stimmt. Benutzen Sie dagegen einen
Tonabnehmer mit elliptisch ver-
rundeter Nadel, so wahlen Sie fiir
die erforderliche Auflagekraft die
Antiskating-Einstellung entspre-
chend Grafik 1.

lf the manufacturer of your car-
tridge specifies a range for stylus
force, choose a value at the upper
end of the range (for ex. maximum
stylus force minus 10 percent).
ANTISKATING ADJUSTMENT
The antiskating adjustment is
calibrated for conical styli. Turn
the antiskating knob so that it cor-
responds to the tracking force you
have set. If your stylus is elliptical,
adjust the antiskating force refer-
ring to Graph 1.
Proper tracking force and antiskat-
ing are necessary for both the best
possible sound and the longest re-
cord and stylus life. Improper set-
tings will wear out both your stylus
and your records prematurely.
Make sure that the proper stylus
force is always applied.

force d'appui nécessaire fe réglage
Antiskating conformément au
graphique 1.
