Blower Is Unable To Work; Pump Failure Within Cpr Alarm Is On; Power Failure Alarm Failure - Park House Healthcare AMBIENCE Service Manual

3.1.3 T3 Blower is unable to work.
SOP：
1. Make sure the power output connector connecting securely (referring AMBIENCE
pump assembly exploded diagram in section 2.2.1, and 2.1.3 Power PCB
diagram).
2. Make sure the blower control connector connecting securely (referring AMBIENCE
pump assembly exploded diagram in section 2.2.1, and 2.1.3 Power PCB
diagram).
3. Referring the service repair SOP T1, make sure the voltage and supply by power
source is correct.
4. Referring the service repair SOP T2, check to assure whether the control panel is
normal or broken.
5. Replace the blower and make sure whether the blower is normal or broken.
3.1.4 T4 Failure of LOCK/ON function on connector
SOP：
1. Assure air horse Quick Connector from mattress connect to the pump unit, and
has rotated to the LOCK/ON position.
2. Check if the magnet sensor on the Quick Connector from mattress has come off
(referring 2.2.7 Quick Connector exploded diagram/BOM).
3. Separate the case, and make sure the CPR Function Detecting Connector connect
securely to right position or not (referring AMBIENCE pump assembly exploded
diagram in section 2.2.1 and 2.1.2 control PCB diagram).
4. Assure the reed switch assemble correctly (referring AMBIENCE pump assembly
exploded diagram in section 2.2.1).
5. Replace a new reed switch and make sure whether the reed switch is normal or
broken (referring AMBIENCE pump assembly exploded diagram in section 2.2.1).
3.1.5 T5 Failure of Power Failure Alarm
SOP：
1. Check if the rechargeable battery connector has been disconnected (referring
2.1.2 Control PCB diagram).
2. Check if the rechargeable battery has been drained out.
3. Replace the control PCB and make sure whether the PCB is normal or broken.
4. Referring Control Panel Testing SOP in section 2.2.9, assure the Alarm Mute
button function well.
