Press the TAPE SPEED selector buttonto

select the desired tape speed SP, LP or-EP.
See page 24 for.more.information.on tap
usage.
Load a cassette tape with the erase preven-
tion tab intact. The VCR will automatically turn
on and the TAPE IN indicator will light.
SPEED
NOTE: @ Before setting the
OTR, make sure
that the clock
shows the present
time correctly.
Make sure the TV/CATV
selector switch is set to the
correct position. See page
30 for more information on
selector setting.
Press the REC/OTR
. buttons to begin recording.
Press the button again to
stop recording after 30 .
minutes. Each additional
préss of the REC/OTR
buttons will increase'
recording time as shown in
the chart below, up to a
maximum of 4 hours.
