Cause and troubleshooting
The door lock is engaged
Turn the oven off at the circuit breaker and wait five minutes.

Turn breaker back on.

The oven should reset itself and will be operable.

There is no power supply to the appliance
Check circuit breaker or fuse box to your house.

Make sure there is proper electrical power to the oven.

There is no cooking temperature set
Set a heating mode temperature.
Refer to the tips and suggestions for using the appliance.
The oven temperature needs to be recalibrated

The oven light bulb is loose or burnt out
Replace or reinsert the light bulb.
Tip: Touching the bulb with fingers may cause the bulb to burn out.
The oven door does not close properly
Check the oven door for obstructions.

Check to see if the hinge is bent.

Press the oven light button to turn the oven light off.
There is soil build-up around the lens cover
Let the oven cavity cool off.

Wipe the lens cover area with a clean, dry towel, then try to remove the lens
